When will my order be shipped?

Items are handmade. Each item is made within its processing time.
Processing times vary from 1-3 weeks. All items are fulfilled in order of First Ordered, First Processed.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, if your order has not yet been shipped, you may be able to update the delivery address by contacting us at sales@luxxayiti.com. However, once the order has been shipped, you need to contact the shipping carrier directly.

How can I track my order?

Tracking numbers are sent to the email (inputted when you place your order). when your order is processed and ready for shipping, please check your spam folder if you did not receive a tracking email.
